Tony Agresta has 25 years of experience in marketing, sales consulting and general management for software, data and marketing services companies.
His passion for data, analytics and marketing technology has shaped his career.
As a Demographer in CACI's Market Analysis division he created small area estimates and projections for postal and census geography which were used for site location analysis and target marketing. He quickly grew into senior positions in marketing, product management, technical services, sales consulting and general management at Inforum, Group 1 Software, Paragren, Siebel Systems, SPSS, The Selling Source and Centrifuge Systems.
Tony has served in senior marketing positions planning and executing integrated marketing programs. He successfully combines traditional marketing with optimized inbound, outbound and social media strategies to build the brand, increase demand and create sustainable relationships. His hands-on approach creating and marketing relevant business content acts as the cornerstone in all of his programs.
While at Siebel Systems and SPSS, Tony built and managed worldwide teams of sales consultants with an expertise in campaign management, marketing measurement, predictive analytics and data mining. His teams have consistently exceeded sales expectations.
Recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for three companies within The Selling Source. He conceived of and managed one of the largest multi-channel internet responder databases in North America (200 million unique records) which was compiled from dozens of on-line sources and sold for multi-channel marketing.
Currently, Tony is VP of Marketing at Centrifuge Systems where he is responsible for all phases of marketing. He helped launch Centrifuge into the investigative analytics market in support of financial crimes analysis, cyber security and homeland defense.
Tony started his career as a Demographer with CACI’s Market Analysis Division and holds his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He also has a Master of Arts in Demography from Georgetown.
